In the Hawkins Electrical Guide, copy right 1928, there is a entire chapter on electric Automobiles. Minus two when people realize that if theyre going to get stuck in traffic, they might as well do so in the climate controlled comfort of a car. If a go-cart cant legally drive there, then this thing wont be able to either.
