In the Hawkins Electrical Guide, copy right 1928, there is a entire chapter on electric Automobiles. Living in Michigan, that means that I cant use a scooter about 5 months of the year. Minus two when people realize that if theyre going to get stuck in traffic, they might as well do so in the climate controlled comfort of a car.
