Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. The big deal was that the oil industry saw real competition and persuaded GM to abandon the project and crush them all like cans. JUST TRYING TO MILK and Suck as much from the fall of the Auto industry as possible.
