That way you have a fair basis of comparison, you know, apples to apples and all that jazz. Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Why grant them the privledge to spend our money in the first place? It is 12 years later. Never again.
