Audi opens power-to-gas facility in Werlte/Emsland; e-gas from water, green electricity and CO2

In return, this plant supplies the highly concentrated CO 2 required as a basic building block for the e-gas. It is anticipated that the e-gas from Werlte will power 1,500 new Audi A3 Sportback g-tron vehicles for 15,000 kilometers (9,321 miles) of CO 2 -neutral driving every year.
