The A$300 million (US$193 million) Advancing Hydrogen Fund will be administered by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC). The ARENA round is a $70-million grant program aiming to demonstrate the technical and commercial viability of hydrogen production at a large-scale using electrolysis.

It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. The car is expected to cost around $40,000.
