He ended up buying the Revolt motorcycle. The factory was quite clean. The parts are first taken through a pre cleaning process. Then you have a station where hand cleaning is done using Isopropyl alcohol. Then the parts are cleaned with de-ionized air. There are seven cleaning tanks for the frame.

It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. The car is expected to cost around $40,000.
