As people have seen the EV adoption rate globally is under pressure and a lot of other auto manufacturers are pulling back on EVs and pursuing plugin hybrids instead. Currently normalized worldwide cost per vehicle in Austin and Berlin are already very close to that of Fremont. Are they a net improvement compared to the previous weeks?

And personally I like better simple solutions. In May 2000, Austin Energy planned to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 40% at its Decker and Holly power plants, from 1700 tons per year to less than 1000tpy by 2003.
