Under a class action settlement agreement filed today ( earlier post ), Volkswagen and Audi in the US will pay more than $14.7 The class-wide settlement in the Volkswagen “Clean Diesel” Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation will provide owners and lessees of Volkswagen and Audi 2.0-liter liter diesel engines.
