So we set out to show the industry what needed to be done so that the Flying Js, the Chevrons, the BPs of the world would understand that this needs to be built and that they had some support in doing so. If we’re going to hit the numbers we need to hit for fleet adoption, we need as many places for those vehicles to recharge as possible.

By “quickly,” I mean in 10 to 15 minutes while shopping or eating – not sitting at a Chevron station somewhere). And fast charging, which will make recharging your vehicle a part of your 15-minute coffee break at Starbucks or weekly grocery run, is the key to customer acceptance of electric vehicles.
