MG (owned by the Chinese SAIC) was the only group to post an increase in registrations, with its volume jumping from 1,327 to 2,592 units. Whereas Audi and Mercedes increased the registrations of their E-Tron and GLE by 86% and 213% respectively. >. Some models performed better than others.

There were sizeable increases in Brazil (+110.5%) and Argentina in particular. This increase is chiefly attributable to good developments in China, where many customers chose the newly-launched Terramont and Tiguan from Volkswagen, the Audi A4L and the ŠKODA Kodiaq. up on the previous year.
