Event: Ford Bronco Sport Off-Roadeo Experiencing the Bronco Sport in the Wild When Ford debuted the all-new Bronco Sport in 2021, it said it was “Built Wild.” There is also a similar program in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the full-size Bronco. It is important to educate our owners, but community is a big part of this, too.

Instead of flying from my home in Southern California, I asked if my wife and I could drive to the event. This is some detail on the most critical part of the trip—our charging experience. In our case it was as, traveling through four states, California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah, having the extended battery made the trip worry-free.

This is part of the long-term strategy to not call-out attention that the GV60 is powered by electricity, which includes no “EV” badging anywhere. The GV60 is sold in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Utah and Washington states. There was limited body roll, and the ride was comfortable and confident.

There were few times, as we drove through California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah, where the brake pedal was applied. In addition, we are often invited to manufacturer events highlighting new vehicles or technology. As part of these events we may be offered free transportation, lodging or meals.
