Honda is currently conducting research on a short-distance battery electric vehicle as a “ city commuter car. ” ( Earlier post.). But we’re studying the US market with a view to introducing this commuter car in the future. This compact system was designed for daily home refueling of a fuel cell electric vehicle.

Hopefully the funding was from the same place as well… 2 Bill C said on March 13th, 2009 at 1:21 pm I think a few billion should be taken out of the Detroit bailout and give some capital to all of the electric car companies. The tango (commuter cars) says they only need 50 million to become profitable.

Think may use the former Freightliners plant site to employ over 1,000 workers that would ultimately expand to make 60,000 compact cars a year. Think Global managers want to develop the car plant and launch an engineering center, perhaps alongside. Remember that a steam engine is an external combustion engine, an ECE.
