Vietnamese EV startup VinFast has revealed its VF Wild mid-sized ute concept at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The VinFast VF Wild electric pickup concept unveiled at the 2024 CES tech extravaganza in Las Vegas this morning was designed in Australia. The sharp-lined VF Wild ute is the work of an independent design studio in Melbourne called GoMotiv, as is the VF 3 mini electric SUV rolled out alongside it at CES.

Honda looks like it has rediscovered its mojo following the unveiling of an all-new family of EVs called the 0 Series that are claimed to be 90 per cent finished ahead of their launch in 2026. It did not specifically mention Australia but it makes senser our cars will arrive around the same time it will launch in right-hand drive markets.

Hyundai has announced it will unwrap a radical new concept called the Hyundai Mobion that is capable of ‘crab walking’ at the Consumer Electronics show held in Las Vegas on January 7 2024. Hyundai first revealed e-Corner System in April 2023, using an Ioniq 5 as the test vehicle.
