Geely Auto has invested significant resources in the development and promotion of methanol-fueled engines and vehicles over a long period and has already made progress with this technology in China. The project will be followed by similar initiatives in Shanghai municipality, Jinzhong in Shanxi province, and Baoji in Shanxi province.
