The magazine’s team seemed to have buckled in the driver’s seatbelt without a person sitting in the seat. Simply put, if a person is intentionally putting themselves in danger by participating in illegal driving behaviors, no driver-monitoring system would be enough. Such is simply the nature of the car industry.

I was admittedly skeptical of this EV, but once I got behind the wheel, I realized that the new Equinox is a well-built model with plenty of features and enticing pricing to boot. However, we were still left guessing on vital metrics like range, battery size, and, of course, verified pricing. My 3LT came with heated seats but no A/C.

If it were a person, you might almost feel sorry for the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV, which was launched in February. New role: value pricing. That said, the Bolt EUV is an appealing small electric car at a reasonable starting price of $34,000. All prices include the mandatory destination fee.
