The first west coast stop for the challenge saw the Ferran Acura LMP1 prototype and the Flying Lizard Porsche GT2 scoop top honours in the shortest event of the 2009 American Le Mans Series. For Ferran-Acura it was its first ever American Le Mans Series victory as well as its first in the Michelin Green X Challenge.
