On 8 April 2019 the Mayor of London launched the ULEZ in central London. Euro 3 for motorcycles and mopeds (widely available since 2007). The expansion will be accompanied by a new £110-million (US$133-million) scrappage scheme to support Londoners on lower incomes, disabled Londoners, charities and small businesses and sole traders.
