If we followed Gainsville Florida’s lead and voted in feed-in tariffs people would be renting roof space to put up more solar. And now Gainesville, Florida has a real estate boom going on only it’s for roofs and not ground. He wasn’t a finance guy, thinking “I’m going to make money.” Yeah, they can afford it.
