The UC Davis/California Institute of Technology (UCD/CIT) Source Oriented Chemical Transport Model was used to output daily POA (primary organic aerosols) and SOA (secondary organic aerosols) at a 4x4 km resolution. and ozone in warm months, and with PM 2.5 , carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and oxides of nitrogen in the cool season.
