Opel and Europcar have agreed to introduce the Opel Ampera extended range electric vehicle ( earlier post ) as a rental car throughout Europe. The extended-range electric vehicle Ampera is Europe’s Nº1 passenger electric-drive vehicle with more than 20% market share, according to Opel sales figures from May 2012.
