Profiling purchases of clean vehicles in California by rebates; PHEVs surge

Based on the latest rebate data, from March 2010 through November 2012, California buyers of all types (federal and state agencies, individuals, businesses, non-profits, etc.) Of those, ZEVs account for 7,404 (52%) and PHEVs for 6,542 (46%). For that group, ZEVs account for 6,713 rebates (51%) and PHEVs account for 6,351 (48%).
