According to the latest US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) fuel economy report, Hyundai passed all major manufacturers in MY 2009 Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) as measured in EPA testing. These are the results prior to adjustment for the EPA consumer fuel economy ratings. Volkswagen.
