US EPA Holding First Public Hearing on Proposed Endangerment Findings for Greenhouse Gases Under the Clean Air Act

EPA Proposes New Tougher Ground-Level Ozone Standards

In September 2009 Administrator Jackson announced that EPA would reconsider the existing ozone standards, set at 0.075 ppm in March 2008.
