Kelly Blue Book earlier this month reported that the the estimated average transaction price for a light vehicle in the United States was $37,401 in August 2019, up 2% from August 2018.

California legally should be able to do their own standards under the Clean Air Act. The agencies will make proposals, but legally, they cannot have final action.
