Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. The management at GM are liars.
