CARB releases 2022 draft Scoping Plan update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. Among the transportation-related actions for the proposed scenario are: VMT per capita reduced 12% below 2019 levels by 2030 and 22% below 2019 levels by 2045.

AT&T to Deploy More Than 15,000 Alternative-Fuel Vehicles in Fleet Over Next 10 Years
