That car was the 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line, and I managed to find one in a Denver-area car graveyard recently. Our nameless reviewer felt , back in 2006, that the Vue's panel gaps made it the "automotive equivalent of a shotgun shack" and calculated that the Green Line version would require 90,000 miles of driving with $2.15/gallon

Results of an earlier simulation study of capacitor sizing for the system shows that a 75-100 Whr capacitor bank is appropriate for a Saturn VUE-sized PHEV. The project, which began in mid-2007, has so far completed hardware proof of concept testing.

As part of the culling, GM has the option to re-badge vehicles from the non-core brands, such as the Pontiac G8, Opel Insignia and Saturn Vue. These 4 th Generation vehicles are modified Chevy Equinoxes and have been on the street since the fall of 2007 as part of Project Driveway.
