Where it used to be Hertz or Avis–or a taxi–the choices now are much more complex. Uber’s value proposition is that it is cheaper than using a taxi and much cheaper than using a personal car. as well as 600 universities throughout the country. According to Navigant Research, it’s not going to change soon.
