Jo has done an excellent job of "pimping" the ride, the original kit from Blue Sky Designs in Oregon.

One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
