One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. The EV1 needs to be built with LI batteries and a REAL Assembly Line. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies. Interesting in any case.
