For 2022, Kia introduced the EV6, a second generation EV crossover that is built on the Hyundai/Kia/Genesis Electric-Global-Modular Platform (E-GMP). The version that Clean Fleet Report tested was the mid-range EV6 RWD “Wind” trim. The Wind and GT-Line versions also have decent towing capacity of 2,300 lbs.

The 2024 Kia EV9 comes in Light, Wind, Land, and GT-Line trim levels, and so far Green Car Reports has only driven the top-spec GT-Line, offering up 379 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque in its all-wheel-drive layout. That brings strong acceleration and it’s good for a 0-60 mph time of 4.5 coefficient of drag.
