Think Global was formerly known as Think City, a prior Ford Motor Company ( F ) acquisition and part of a now-defunct Think division at Ford. Think has also established partnerships in the U.S. a subsidiary of Ener1 Inc.

One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? cheaper (frame, electric motors, battery), lasts longer (less moving parts = less to break and maintain) and just a greater win, more future compatible too. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart.
