We’re not holding our breath for that mythical $30,000 Chevrolet Equinox EV, but we figured retail versions of Chevy’s Silverado EV pickup truck and Blazer EV SUV would have reached the market by now. Opting for an electric vehicle and leveraging the EV tax credit to help with your next electric vehicle purchase is a smart move. Vehicles must not exceed an MSRP of $80,000 for vans, sport utility vehicles (SUVs), and pickup trucks; or $55,000 for all other vehicles. This percentage will increase every year, beginning in 2024.
