Witha 60-mile range, most felt the need to recharge after 30 miles or so. E-Flex is technically a hybrid with two power units, but unlike the ToyotaPrius, Honda Insight and various Lexus models, the engine in the Volt doesnot drive the wheels, it simply acts as an emergency generator to rechargethe batteries.

The Think Global would definitly be classified as a mini-car, several size classes smaller than a compact car like the Honda Civic or Ford Focus. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. market b y the end of 2009. Then I recall that my laptop batteries barely ever last four years.
