In some areas where wind and hydropower is wasted at night, the rate can be as low as 2-3 cents per kWh. Since then a number of companies have emerged to offer conversions for sale to consumers and fleet buyers, and CalCars has worked to support a growing open-source conversion movement. Thats 20-25 cents a gallon.

As people have seen the EV adoption rate globally is under pressure and a lot of other auto manufacturers are pulling back on EVs and pursuing plugin hybrids instead. That seems like it would be a waste not to use it. Or in other words, does that statement leave room for potentially lower sales year on year?

The trouble is you then have to stop right away, which brings about some pretty strong regenerative braking action, something that Chrysler needs to work on before making the Circuit available for sale.
