Over the next few weeks, RATP will test the hydrogen-fueled bus on the streets of Paris. The Solaris hydrogen-powered bus tests will be carried out in the south of Paris. Wiener Linien, one of the biggest public transport operators in Europe, has added a hydrogen Solaris bus ( earlier post ) to its fleet for testing until 12 June. Since the première of the hydrogen bus in June last year, Solaris has been awarded orders from the Netherlands, Germany and Italy for 57 buses in total.

Lithium polymer battery packs from Corvus Energy were recently installed in Europe’s first hybrid tugboat, the RotorTug RT Adriaan of KOTUG, an international maritime service provider headquartered in The Netherlands. Completed on 6 March, the converted RT Adriaan, now renamed E-KOTUG RT Adriaan, has rejoined the KOTUG fleet.
