Enterprise Rent-A-Car will be the first to offer Chevrolet Volt extended-range electric vehicles (EVs) for daily and weekly rentals later this month. The Volt vehicles will be available at the Mark Christopher Auto Center in Ontario, Calif., along with a new charging station.

Enterprise also has installed a charging station at the same location through Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) manufacturer ClipperCreek. In addition, Enterprise earlier this year became the first to offer rentals of Chevrolet Volt extended-range EVs to customers at its Ontario, Calif., rental location.
