Transitioning the fleet to all electric will eliminate emissions from diesel buses and emissions from shipping diesel fuel by barge 900 miles from Seattle. By replacing aging fleet vehicles with Proterra electric buses, the City of Fairfield will improve both route efficiency and air quality. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
