Level 3 chargers and “superchargers” cannot be used to charge the Pacifica Hybrid.

EADS has also engineered together with Diamond Aircraft and Siemens an updated series hybrid electric motor glider, the Diamond Aircraft DA36 E-Star 2. E-Fan propulsion is provided by two electric motors with a combined power of 60 kW, each driving a ducted, variable pitch fan. and 1 hour, EADS said.
