Research project to tackle combustion engine efficiency

Oak Ridge is working with partners from Texas A&M University, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Alabama, and the University of Michigan, Dearborn, as well as Delphi on the catalyst side and an unnamed vehicle manufacturer. This project hopes to flip that and enable efficiencies of 50-60 per cent.
