Fisker Automotive has appointed two distributors: for southern Europe, GP Supercars in Merano, Italy represented by CEO Gianfranco Pizzuto; and in northern Europe, Nellemann Group in Copenhagen, Denmark, represented by CEO Jac Nellemann. The Karma is an Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV).

Better Place launched a 90-day switchable-battery electric taxi in Tokyo in partnership with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, and Nihon Kotsu, Tokyo’s largest taxi operator. Battery being lifted into the underbelly of the electric taxi during battery switch process.
