The First Edition is sold out, but the GT and GT Performance hit dealers in the fall 2021. The all-electric driving range is estimated to be 270 miles for the GT, and 260 miles for the GT Performance. If the extra 30 or so miles of range is more important than the extra performance, you may consider going with the base Mach-E.

Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) is the concept of using stored energy in a plug-in hybrids (or electric cars) battery to send power to the electrical grid when necessary. Fuel cell cars should be plug-in hybrids so that the fuel cell is used only for extended range, and the fuel cell stack and hydrogen storage can be smaller.
