Quicke sidenote: PHEV3A as an acronym now encompasses the Tour de AZ: "Spirit of DC" Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle All Around Arizona (PHEV3A) EVducational Tour (tho it could change, depending on sponsorship to AAA Tour de AZ, or even eTour de AZ). Maybe the "Spirit" can grab an opportunity charge from a common 110-volt AC outlet.
