With two Electric cars, at the time a Nissan Lean and Mitsubishi Outlander, we use a considerable amount of electricity but not much petrol, so already we were a reasonable way down the less CO2 road. The panels generate DC current that varies with the solar power. The main reasons were: Reduce our monthly electricity.

Go to petrol pump owners and find out who are people who are big time consumers. Jay’s first EV was the DC motor Reva, which he bought way back in the early 2000s. I assume that we will need to triple the current Nexon battery capacity to compete with the ICE Mitsubishis and their ilk. 5,000 upwards. So was his wife.
