FTA awarding $55M to 10 projects deploying battery-electric and fuel-cell buses

Funding is provided through FTA’s Low or No Emission Vehicle Deployment Program (LoNo). Grants from the LoNo program help transit agencies integrate more of these advanced buses into their fleets. The charging station has emergency power generation capability, providing power to the electric bus fleet during power outages.
