If someone only spends $100 with me yearly to charge their vehicle at one of my high-speed chargers, I’m still probably going to see in the neighborhood of an additional $400 or $500 in home charging. If we look at a Tesla charging hub that’s operating in our service territory, it drives a fairly significant revenue opportunity.

David McNeil first joined the Denver Electric Vehicle Council (DEVC) , a chapter of the Electric Auto Association, soon after its founding in 1974, but he’s never owned a Tesla, a Chevrolet Bolt, or any other likely suspects. Fifty years ago, there were no EVs available commercially. Most of us just did our own conversions.

The head of Chryslers ENVI division, Lou Rhodes, told AutoblogGreen this morning that Chrysler is marketing this battery-only version of the van to commercial fleet customers who typically have shorter range requirements. Thats such a pretty metallic blue; I would love to see these postal vehicles around my neighborhood. Looks sharp.
