Cellulosic biofuels company Mascoma Corporation, is acquiring SunOpta BioProcess Inc. The transaction has received all necessary corporate approvals. Mascoma, through its affiliate Frontier Renewable Resources LLC, is currently developing a commercial scale production facility in Kinross, Michigan.
