Some of the most significant incentives exist or will exist, in Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Delaware, and Maryland. Delaware offers buyers a range of incentives depending on the vehicle they purchase. For a new full EV, buyers are eligible for $2,500 or for PHEVs; $1,000.
