I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. It’s part of my tribute to him. THE HOLY GRAIL OF SOLAR: $3 A WATT, CHEAPER THAN COAL. And at sub $3 you’re cheaper than coal. I want it to be all of California. And this is boring. Pass it on.
